Honestly, going into this series of sessions, I was a bit skeptical because I’ve had sleep issues for as long as I can remember – I have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and have been using a BiPAP machine for close to 10 years now, relying on medication, over the counter magnesium supplements... I, however, have known Dinah for years now... I put full trust in her as we embarked on the “healing journey”. Believe it or not, after my first couple of sessions, I achieved 8 full hours of uninterrupted sleep and I was truly surprised that I didn’t wake up at 3 or 4 am like usual. The 10 healing sessions truly brought changes to my life and I cannot thank Dinah enough for it.

The transferring of energy from the healer (Dinah) to the recipient (me), has helped release tensions in my body and strengthened my body's immune system. The healing treatment is natural and non-invasive with the intention of bringing myself into a state of balance and wellbeing on all levels. The BeWell (and Ms. D) helped me untangle some deep rooted issues that have led to burnout. It also made me realise what my triggers are at work and how to cope with it. It made me see things in a different perspective which, in turn, slowly helped me get through my burnout with the limited time that we had. I'm feeling motivated and excited for the next project which would not be possible without Miss D's help. My favorite part of the sessions is the meditation as it always helps me kickstart my day and the breathing exercises that also help me get a restful sleep (I'm a light sleeper and it helped me a lot!). Aside from that, dealing with co-workers/situation has been easier but I still need to work on it which I think will take time.
